My boyfriend wants me to wear pantyhose all day before sex and wanted to lick my feet?

The other day my boyfriend asked me if I could wear pantyhose all day before sex and if I did he wanted to lick my pantyhosed feet. This seemed very strange to me so I told him that I will think about it so I asked my friends if they have ever been asked that before and they told me that they have never been asked before. I am wondering just what should I do? I'm sure someone here would know.
